Finding out how wildlife are getting in is our first priority. Your technician will evaluate your home and property to determine point of entry. For bats in the attic, a small hole in the roof or gaps in the attic vent are all these pests need to slip in. For larger animals such as racoons, areas around soffits, dormers and under eaves are common entry points.
Once we know how these pests are getting in, we’ll design a plan of action. Our wildlife control methods include live trapping, relocation, exclusion, and habitat modification.
Unfortunately, wildlife have no regard for you property and will use it as their shelter, and their bathroom. Animal feces and urine have the potential to be dangerous and should only be cleaned up by professionals. After the wildlife problem has been removed, your technician will assist with the waste clean-up.
We will install chimney caps, dryer vent covers, and seal areas that wildlife use to access your property. If the damage caused by wildlife is beyond our capabilities, we’ll let you know what needs to be fixed by a contractor, even documenting with pictures.
